Elon actually CAN’T cancel his Twitter deal…
The Delaware courts aren’t going to let #ElonMusk walk away from his #Twitter deal.
The only way out for Elon now is through what’s known as a “material adverse change” (MAC) & I’m pretty sure allegations of spam accts won’t cut it.
Ultimately, Elon’s gonna own Twitter whether he wants it or not..
